What to bring

Solan and Menri Monastery are at about 5,200 feet above sea level.


In terms of what to pack, will need your electrical adapter/converter solution You should also bring a few sundry items just in case you find the need: some just-in-case antibiotics from your doctor, and the usual assortment of over-the-counter things like aspirin, anti-diarrhea medication, Neosporin, band aids, Q-tips, melatonin, vitamins, etc. Of course, you need to bring whatever medications your doctor may have prescribed. It may not be possible to get the same medication in India, or at least not the same genuine medication.

If you wear glasses, you should have a copy of your lens prescription with you.
